• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

If we believe your account has been compromised or misused, we may suspend or terminate it immediately.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Atlas only for lawful, legitimate business purposes related to private aviation operations and charter management.

You may not:

• Access or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform

• Use automation or scraping tools without our written consent

• Interfere with or disrupt other users’ access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse or unlawful activity.

5. Communication Integrations (Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp)

Atlas allows you to connect your email (Gmail, Outlook) and WhatsApp Business accounts to send and receive client communications directly within the platform.

By connecting these services, you agree to their respective terms and grant FlyAtlas permission to access and process data strictly as needed to:

• Display, send, and receive messages

• Track message delivery status

• Provide analytics and conversation history

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements) and the WhatsApp Business Platform Terms.

We never use or share your communications data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees and taxes in accordance with the pricing presented at checkout

• Authorize recurring billing if applicable

• Acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable, except as required by law

We may update pricing or subscription terms with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, designs, and technology on FlyAtlas are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of your data, communications, and uploaded content.

8. User Content

By uploading or submitting data (including messages, quotes, and attachments) to FlyAtlas, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

You represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content

• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• Your activities present legal or security risks

• You misuse integrated APIs or communication systems

You may stop using Atlas and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@flyatlas.com.

10. Disclaimers

FlyAtlas is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• The information displayed will always be accurate or complete

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FlyAtlas, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities) arising from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services during the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice.

Your continued use of Atlas after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
