Help with the Atlas app and your trips. If something here doesn’t answer your question, email info@flyatlas.ai and a person on our team will reply.
Contact us
Email info@flyatlas.ai. If it’s about a trip, tell us the route and the date so we can find it quickly.
On a booked trip, Concierge in the app sends a message straight to the team looking after that trip. If a travel partner booked the trip for you, you can also contact them directly.
Signing in
- Enter your email and we send you a six-digit code. Each code works once and only for a short time.
- Prefer a password? Set one in Account (at least 8 characters), then choose “Sign in with a password instead”. A code always works too.
- You need an Atlas account. If a travel partner books for you, they invite you by email. If you haven’t had an invitation, or the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.
- If you travel with more than one partner, the app asks which one to open. You can switch at any time.
Booking and paying
- Plan a trip: one way, round trip or several stops. You pay for the whole aircraft, not the seat.
- When your options are ready, compare the aircraft and tap “Request to book” on the one you want. The operator then confirms the aircraft is still available at that price.
- Once it’s confirmed, read and sign the charter agreement in the app, then pay by card, bank transfer (ACH) or wire. Every charge is itemized, including federal excise tax and passenger fees.
- Every payment and its receipt are in Payments.
Changes and cancellations
On a booked trip, Request a change asks for different passengers, times or airports. Nothing changes until the operator agrees, and if the price moves you’ll see the new one before you pay it.
Request cancellation starts cancelling a paid trip. What it costs depends on the cancellation terms in your charter agreement. Taxes and passenger fees are refunded as the agreement sets out; payment processing fees aren’t.
Flight day
- From about four hours before your first departure of the day, your flight shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: the departure time, your FBO and when to arrive, delays, take-off and landing.
- Don’t see it? On your iPhone, open Settings, then Atlas, and turn on Live Activities and notifications.
- Boarding passes for Apple Wallet are ready once the trip is paid and the passenger list has gone to the operator. Send each passenger their own from the trip, or add yours to Wallet. If a time changes, the pass updates by itself.
Notifications
The app tells you when your options are ready, when it’s time to sign and pay, and when your trip moves. Everything it has told you is in Updates. To change what reaches you, open Settings on your iPhone, then Notifications, then Atlas.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Account and tap Delete my account. Your sign-in is removed straight away and can’t be used again. The records of trips you booked, the agreements you signed and the payments you made are kept as booking records. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing info@flyatlas.ai.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. The app’s terms of use are our Terms of Service.
