By accessing or using the Atlas platform, website, demo portal, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Atlas operates a members network for private aviation, pairing travel platforms with private-jet operators and providing instant quoting, booking, and related coordination tools. The Services are intended for business and professional use. Features available during our demo and early-access period may change as the product evolves.

To access certain features you may need an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your account information up to date;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; and
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content; or
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

If you opt in to SMS updates, your use of our messaging program is described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Atlas and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use Atlas branding without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
